Welcome to my mindful life coaching practice! As a certified mindful life coach, I am passionate about helping individuals find inner peace and fulfillment through the power of mindfulness. In my one-on-one coaching sessions, I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner selves, gain greater self-awareness, and achieve their goals.

During our sessions, we will work together to identify areas of your life where you would like to experience more balance, fulfillment, and peace. Through a variety of mindfulness-based techniques, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, uncovering patterns that may be holding you back and finding ways to release them.

My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and intuition. I believe that each individual I work with is unique, which is why I create a customized coaching plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. I create a judgment-free space where you can feel free to be your authentic self and explore your inner world.

All coaching sessions are held online via zoom, so there’s no travel required. Sessions can be scheduled during the day or evenings to suit the client’s schedule.

Single sessions: Singles sessions are great to accommodate clients who need occasional support or guidance. Investment – $220
3-month package (6 biweekly sessions) – $1200
6-month package (12 biweekly sessions) – $2400
