Meet Erin Knight

Erin Knight, PCC is a certified professional life coach, specializing in MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction). She is on a mission to support busy women in shifting from burnout and stress to living a fulfilling, joyful life with confidence. Erin is also the author of the best-selling daily prompt journal My Intuitive Journal.

My name is Erin and I’m a certified mindful life coach who is passionate about helping others achieve inner peace and fulfilment. I specialize in mindfulness based coaching techniques that help women overcome obstacles and find meaning and purpose in their lives. My clients often struggle with the feeling of operating on “auto-pilot”. Feeling like there isn’t enough time in the day. Or they are feeling stuck within their daily routine. A lot of my clients describe struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia. If this sounds like you, please know that you are not alone.

My journey into coaching began years ago when I discovered the transformative power of mindfulness in my own life. I was working as an accounting technician for a large corporation while trying to be present as a mom, wife, daughter and friend. I found that by practicing mindfulness, I was better able to connect with my inner self and understand my true values and purpose. It was a powerful awakening that led me to pursue formal training as a life coach.

As a coach, my approach is grounded in empathy, intuition, and a deep understanding of the human psyche. I believe that true happiness and fulfillment come not from external achievements, but from connecting with our inner selves and cultivating self-awareness. Through my mindfulness and intuitive based coaching techniques, I guide my clients on a journey of self-discovery, helping them recognize their strengths, values, and goals.

My coaching style is gentle but firm, providing support and accountability as my clients work towards their goals. I create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their inner selves, learn healthy coping mechanisms, and become more resilient in the face of life’s challenges.
